2014 Rate Survey Results for Systems Serving 5,000 or Greater

If you participated in the 2014 AE2S North Central Utility Rate Survey compiled by AE2S Nexus, you will soon receive a complete copy of the printed survey results. Until then, here is a sneak peak at the Total Utility Bill (water, wastewater, and stormwater) graphics from the 2014 survey. The values reported in the following tables illustrate the monthly residential charge for a bill equating to 6,000 gallons of water and wastewater usage.

Figures 1 through 6 represent the reported results for communities serving greater than 5,000 people, by state. Figure 7 illustrates the Total Utility Bill for Minnesota systems serving greater than 5,000 and provided wastewater service through the Metropolitan Council Environmental Services in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.
