The Minnesota Public Facilities Authority (PFA) is now accepting submissions to place public wastewater, stormwater, and drinking water infrastructure improvement projects on the 2012 Project Priority Lists (PPL) and Intended Use Plans (IUP) for the Clean Water Revolving Fund (CWRF) and Drinking Water Revolving Fund (DWRF). Projects must be listed on the appropriate PPL as the first step to be eligible for the revolving fund loan programs. System owners must request that their projects be placed on the appropriate 2012 plan if they expect to be ready for construction and are seeking financing in the state fiscal year 2012 (July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012).
Deadlines for project submission are as follows:
Clean Water Revolving Fund PPL Deadline: March 4, 2011
Drinking Water Revolving Fund PPL Deadline: May 6, 2011
2012 Intended Use Plans (both programs): June 3, 2011
Projects on the 2011 PPL will automatically be listed on the 2012 PPL unless the project has received funding, requested removal, or shown no progress in the past five years. If necessary, updated project costs, construction schedule, and PPL scoring parameters should be submitted. It is to a system’s advantage to keep all scoring information as current as possible.
Loan application forms and instructions, supplemental materials, and a list of approved IUPs are available on the PFA’s web sitehttp://www.positivelyminnesota.com/Government/Public_Facilities_Authority/. You may also contact AE2S Nexus for more information.
